	Organist/Choirmaster / Coordinator of Children & Youth Ministries:  David Turner David is the Organist/Choirmaster and Coordinator of Children and Youth Ministries at Lee Road United Methodist. David also serves as the director of the youth and adult handbell choirs at Lee Road. Previously, David has held positions at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church, Rodgers Organs of the Upstate, a division of Waldrop House of Music, and Simpsonville First Baptist Church. Mr. Turner has a studio of piano students and currently serves as the sub-dean of the Greenville, South Carolina chapter of the American Guild of Organists. Mr. Turner received his Bachelor of Arts in Sacred Music with a concentration in Organ Performance form Presbyterian College in May of 2003 under the instruction of Dr. Karen Eshelman. As a student at Presbyterian College, Mr. Turner held the position as student conductor. Also, Mr. Turner received the prestigious Eagle Scout award in 1999 and is an alumni member of Delta Omicron and MENC. A native of Roswell, Georgia, Mr. Turner now resides in Greenville, South Carolina. David enjoys involvement in the North Main Community Association, the Downtown Symphony Club, and singing in the GAMAC (Greater Anderson Musical Arts Consortium) Chorale under the direction of Dr. Vivian Hamilton.   (864) 244-6427   davidleeroadumc@bellsouth.net
